1. Consultation Services ($50 Flat Fee)
Upfront Payment: Payment for strategy sessions, event blueprints, and budget consultations is a flat fee of $50, due in full at the time of booking to reserve your appointment time.
2. Event Packages & Partial Planning
Retainer Deposit: A 50% non-refundable retainer deposit and a signed agreement are required to lock in your event date on our official calendar.
Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to the date of your event.
3. Accepted Payment Methods & Lower Fee Options
Digital Credit/Debit Cards: We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through online invoicing.
ACH Bank Transfer (Recommended for Packages): For larger package invoices, we strongly encourage paying via ACH Direct Bank Transfer at checkout to avoid credit card fees and ensure fast processing.
Direct Transfer: Available upon request for local clients. Invoices will still be emailed to clients.
